Jen Martin works with leaders and organizations nationally to pursue big visions and create change that matters. With more than 15 years of experience, Jen focuses on leadership coaching, facilitation, and team development. She has worked with leaders and teams across diverse sectors and industries, including from Amazon, BNY Mellon, Costco, City of Seattle, Google, Grantmakers for Effective Organizations, Kaiser Permanente, Seattle Foundation, Leadership Tomorrow, Microsoft, Outreach, Pacific Science Center, and WA Women’s Foundation. Jen began her career in public relations consulting in Chicago and Seattle working with national and global companies across a variety of industries, including financial services, healthcare, telecommunications, and consumer products. Clients included American Express, Kraft Foods, Mastercard, Merck & Co., and T-Mobile. Jen has a B.A. from Northwestern University and an M.P.A. from the University of Washington with a focus on organization development and management. She is a certified coach through the International Coach Federation (ICF) and trained through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI). She is also certified in The Leadership Circle® and a certified trainer and facilitator for Insights®. Jen lives with her family in Seattle.
Heather O’Neill Fairbanks, CFP®, ChFC®

Heather O’Neill Fairbanks is a Partner and Managing Director at Beacon Pointe Advisors. With 35 years of experience, Heather has focused on retirement planning and building trust and confidence in her client relationships, while providing personalized service based on each client’s needs. In addition to managing the firm, she played an integral part in the investment research process and creating customized planning solutions for each client. Heather graduated with a business degree from Western Michigan University, is a Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®) and has been a Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) professional since 1995. She is an active member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA) and Financial Services Institute (FSI) and has served on the Investment Advisory Council, National Education Task Force, and Advisory Board for FSC Securities Corporation. Heather served on the first AIG Advisor Group Women’s Advisory Board, which began in 2013. Her board commitment focused on serving women in mentorship, leadership, community outreach & development. Heather will help launch the inaugural WAI (Women’s Advisory Institute) Mentorship program at Beacon Pointe in 2025. The goal is to create a community in which our women wealth advisors can thrive and provide service of excellence to their respective clients. Outside of the office, Heather’s focus is on her family.
